Description: Kick off your Wednesdays this winter with an all-levels fitness class designed to increase physical strength and mobility using bodyweight exercises. This class will feature “circuit-style workouts” that will work all of your major muscle groups. This virtual class is a part of Boston’s Winter Fitness Series.
