Description: Are you ready to practice connecting breath with movement. in order to improve your strength, balance and flexibility in your mind and body? The Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) invite you to their Fall Fitness Series Virtual Yoga class Tuesdays this fall. Classes will end with some restorative poses which will help create a sense of peace and connection within ourselves.
