Description: Family Zumba gives you and your family a chance to be active together. It’s a full body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a “serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.” Children and people of all ages are welcome to join this class.
