Description: Are you looking for a way to open all your joints and loosening up tight muscles? Join the Summer Fitness Series Virtual Chair Yoga course, where you can choose to either remain seated or standing on the ground while completing yoga exercises. All fitness levels are welcome and classes are free of charge.
