Viva Mexico in Boston

Description: The Veronica Robles Cultural Center (VROCC), in collaboration with a group of enthusiastic volunteers, the Consul of Mexico in Boston, Alberto Fierro Garza, and members of the consular team, are planning the Official Fiesta of the Cry of Independence of Mexico in Boston. The event will be held on September 18th in East Boston.

The events will include the civic ceremony with the traditional shout of “Viva Mexico” by the Honorable Consul General of Mexico in Boston, Alberto Fierro. This is the perfect opportunity for everyone to experience the most authentic celebration of the Mexican culture in New England with delicious Mexican food, folk dances, mariachi, a DJ, games, and more. This event is free and all are welcome!

Harvest Festival on the Waterfront

Description: Come join us at Piers Park in East Boston as we have a fun (and free!) family event for all. We will be offering music, free treats, and arts & crafts for all ages! Join in on making pumpkin decorations and enjoy the festivities!

Back-to-School Block Party

Description: Let’s make the Back-to-School blues a little easier and celebrate the end of a great Summer with a Block Party! Maritime Beach Festival 2022

Description: One of the most special events on the waterfront is back for a 4th year – Harborkeepers’ Maritime Festival, in collaboration with the US Coast Guard Boston, DCR, Porrazzo Skating Rink and (and many others!) brings the Community a wide range of interactive maritime activities: a Coast Guard patrol boat on a trailer to climb on, a Zamboni, mounted horses, a pirate, an amazing ground kite display, live DJ music, the refreshing MWRA water truck, and this year an opportunity to learn SCUBA and many more unique activities all in one beautiful waterfront space – Constitution Beach!
